Dear all, what a pleasure to be here – or maybe just ‘to be(come)’ – with you all; I am very much interested in using the idea of the diagram or a diagrammatic practice in the realm of interaction design, both in relation to the design process and the actual interactive environment that continue this process. I believe it’s possible to talk about interactive technologies as affectively modulating a range of experiential fields that offer particular conditions for relational events to emerge on a number of levels, and would very much like to probe into how this might be experimented with in a research-creation setting. I will get back soon with a possible diagramming of ‘a life’, until then a GPS-coordinated and semi-involuntary diagramming of the so-called ‘Exaptation Bus-ride” carried out as part of Generating the Impossible in Montréal this summer:
